Soar High

So… I went to a Bible study this morning and it was on seasons.

Last night I was talking with my best friend and we talked about seasons.

The chapter of the book I’m in is on seasons.

I’m starting to see a trend.  : )

I always know when there is a specific wisdom God is trying to make a part of my life by how much it suddenly surrounds me.  I love how He makes everything so obvious, if only we would have our eyes and ears open to receive it. 

And on the topic of seasons: simply remember that the hard times don’t last forever. Dawn really does come.  I love ‘Rescue is Coming’ by David Crowder and ‘Desert Song’ by Hillsong United for the times when I need that reminder.  Because, while we sometimes can’t change our circumstances, we always have control over our attitudes when we’re in them.  It’s in choosing joy that we are set free from the internal bondage, and will be able to speak as Paul did: “I have learned the secret of being content in any and every situation.” ~Philippians 4:12

It’s way better and much more fun than pouting anyway!
